The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with ATTITUDE Byron, hereinafter referred to as “ATTITUDE Byron”, “us” or ”we”, at our website, mobile website, or via telephone.
By using attitudebyron.com.au and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
2-Prices and delivery charges

We DO NOT ship overseas at this stage except by special arrangement – please email us before making an order.
3-Ordering/conclusion of contract

5-Withdrawal of Order
RETURNS only on FAULTY garments only.
Report FAULTS by email to Attitude Byron within 7 days of receiving goods to arrange an exchange, IF a garment is faulty…
INCORRECT SIZE: email to Attitude Byron within 7 days of receipt of wrong sized garment to arrange replacement.
6-Returns & Exchange
ATTITUDE Byron guarantees a full refund of the returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, but given the limited inventory of our highly exclusive items, exchanges are subject to availability in the size you require and may take up to a month to complete. Please contact attitude@onthenet.com.au our web shop assistant will discuss your exchange options.
All customized orders cannot be returned.
7-Guarantee
If there are defects in the items you have purchased, ATTITUDE Byron abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in items that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us. Please contact us via email to discuss any issues.

ATTITUDE Byron is responsible for the processing of all personal data collected through this website. ATTITUDE Byron respects your privacy and complies with the provisions of The Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) (“Appd”).
This Privacy Policy provides information on the processing of personal data collected via the website, as well as the rights of access and correction of such personal data in our database.
The ATTITUDE Byron company processes personal data that is collected through the Website. The following categories of personal data will be collected: name, address, contact and other information that you enter into forms on the ATTITUDE Byron website.
We will collect personal data that you submit to us, for example, when you place orders, contact our customer service or participate in competitions. The personal data that you submit to us may for example include contact information, and payment information.
